We organise professional internships for principals and teachers of nursery, primary and secondary schools in Spain, specifically on the Costa del Sol. Here we have long-standing cooperation with local international schools that teach in English, Spanish and German. The programmes we organise are a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills, gain inspiration and practical experience and get to know modern approaches to managing educational institutions in an international context. The programme focuses on current trends in school management, such as the digitalisation of education, support for the teaching team, the well-being of staff and pupils, and innovative approaches to teaching and assessment.
Practical experience
Participants have the opportunity to visit Spanish schools and educational institutions, learn how they are managed and share experience with principals and teachers. The emphasis is on developing leadership, effective communication, strategic planning and building an open and positive school culture. The internship also includes a practical exchange of experience and looking for ways to transfer best practices to the Czech school environment, draw inspiration from the Spanish education system, develop your management potential and bring new impulses for change to your school. The experience gained helps principals modernise their approach to school leadership and helps teachers enrich their own teaching practice with new methods and perspectives. The programme thus contributes to improving the quality of education, team cohesion and the overall culture of the school.
