About us
How it all began
The story of Lubos and Veronika Kaloudova began to unfold in 2006 when our life paths converged. Today marks 18 years since we embarked on a journey together, starting from our initial meeting in Brno, through Lubos's football engagement with CSKA Moscow, to our shared work in the office.
In our marriage, two daughters were born to us, Nikola and Ella. Our family also includes a Golden Retriever named Baileys Maybe Angels and, until recently, an English Thoroughbred named Valdez One, along with dwarf rabbits Lilly and Klára.
From the very beginning, we both fully dedicated ourselves to our professions, always supporting each other. Luboš to football and Veronika to developing companies focused on working with children. After Lubos's football career ended due to a serious and unfortunately permanent knee injury, we decided to combine our experiences and ideas, and in 2016, we began working together wholeheartedly.
Together, we stand behind projects that have exceeded our expectations in many ways, and we proudly look back on our journey. We sincerely rejoice in everything that has cost us a great deal of effort, but the result is the satisfaction of all those who have stood by us in all these projects. The English kindergarten, hobby clubs for children, floorball tournaments, dance competitions, hobby club festivals, football camps, and golf tournaments are firmly connected to us, and with our colleague Věra and our amazing team of employees, we have always invested all our energy, ideas, and above all, our hearts into each one.
During this time, we also started helping children's homes, and in 2019, we founded the KROUŽKY DĚTEM Endowment Fund to continue our charitable activities together with all those who want to lend a helping hand with us. We are involved in providing material assistance to severely ill children, infant institutions, and children's homes.
Football Camp, NEW CHALLENGES AND GOALS
Our first job together in 2016 inspired us to start our own football camp. Both of us put our hearts and souls into it, and it shows in everything we do that makes sense to us. In 8 years, almost 750 kids have gone to our football camp, and many of them keep coming back. Football camps are important to us, and we keep trying to do them.
We like to plan events and projects that help us use our ideas. It's fun and memorable for everyone involved. We like working with kids too! In addition, we like how they respond quickly, are sincere, and are happy when we interact with them. We love making the kids' program, seeing them grow, both physically and mentally, and hearing all their tales and hopes. We enjoy the enthusiasm and smiles of the children who enjoy every moment.
From the children, we started interacting with their parents. We found business partners and friends who have stayed with us until now. These people helped us realize that we could also do adult things. Eventually, we had an idea that led us to a new life adventure almost 3,000 kilometers away from our home country in the south of Spain. Luboš switched to golf instead of football and came up with a new idea.
Our idea led us to pack our buddies and business associates Petr and Nikol into our imaginal suitcase. We work together as a team and have the same beliefs and ideas about life. Petr, who owns a PR company called LESENSKY.CZ, has been involved in many of our work. Like us, he is not afraid to do something that makes him happy and makes sense to him. We found a significant individual with a profound understanding of Spanish life, traditions, and customs in Nikol, a person we've been friends with for more than thirteen years.
WHAT'S IMPORTANT TO US?
Our work is very diverse and, most importantly, we really enjoy it. From the first moment, we knew we wanted to approach it differently. For most activities, we are present ourselves and have a say in all implementation and organizational matters. We make decisions with our hearts and our minds at the same time. We place great emphasis on personal connections and access. Furthermore, we go with our intuition and our experience, but we also listen to the recommendations of others. We are on the same page with business partners, parents, children, and employees. Feedback is essential to us. However, we have to admit that we have our head in many things and if our heart decides more than our head, we will always put that feeling
When organizing any event or project, we are committed to precise and honest work, communication, friendliness and courtesy. However, we also require these qualities from others. It is important to be one team in every situation.
When working with children, especially in sports activities, we emphasize that the activity is an experience for the children. We want them to respect each other, to be able to accept defeat, and to enjoy the little things. To have the opportunity to train with children at different performance levels and to have comparisons for themselves. We want them to know that no success is free, and you have to work hard for it. That soccer, or any sport for that matter, needs to be fun, fulfilling and make them happy.
We also don't forget about the parents, who are an important part of our metaphorical family. After all, they are the ones who also provide us with inspiration for implementing new ideas. Knowing that everyone has different needs, we are not afraid to venture into anything we are passionate about and see meaning in. Even when working with adults, we always try to find a common path so that both parties are satisfied.
Finally, we have many business partners who have been walking the path with us for several years now. Many of them have become our friends and have been solid and important links in the implementation of various events and projects.
We follow the motto once uttered by the famous actor Mr. Jan Tříska: When you do things with love, you give the people around you a lifelong memory that you were there for them.
When we look back, we are grateful for how many valuable experiences we have gained and what we have been through. We put this realization in our hearts, it's time to move on, and that's why we look forward to all the new things to come.

Our projects
When organizing any event or setting up and managing any project, we emphasize precise and honest work, communication, friendly and polite behavior. However, we also require these qualities from others. It is important to be one team in every situation. This is how we have approached all the activities we have undertaken. Our brands
We are involved in many various sports and educational activities. 11 years ago, we founded a private English kindergarten in Brno and then brought a branch of the KROUŽKY school facility here, which helped us grow and thanks to which we have diversified the leisure time of more than 10,000 children in the Zlín and South Moravia region. We must not forget sports projects for children and adults such as Kalouda Golf Tour, Kalouda Golf Cup or Kalouda Football Camp. These are activities that we have been involved in for a long time and in which we are truly forged.
